MPT certification

The order of carrying out of metrological certification, registration and MPT registration in the GSI RК Register is established by ST RK 2.18-2003 "GSI RК. Techniques of measurements performance. An order of working out of metrological certification, registration and application".

Metrological certification of MPT is carried out by the State Scientific Metrological Centre (hereinafter referred to as GNMTS) or the legal bodies accredited according to ST RK 7.6-2003 "SА RК requirements and an accreditation order on the right of metrological certification of measurements performance techniques" requirements.

To carry out of MPT metrological certification the following documents are provided for GNMTS:

- The application on carrying out of MPT metrological certification with indicated area of MPT;

- Initial data for developing of MPT;

- The document (section or a document part), regulating MPT, in duplicate or the project of the document regulating MPT, issued as the interstate standard, state standard, in duplicate;

- The program and the report about theoretical and/or experimental researches on definition of measurement errors characteristics;

- The coordination (the permission for application) of MPT, given out by bodies of the state control and supervision, depending on applied area (in the field of the environment preservation, nuclear, radiating, sanitary-and-epidemiologic, industrial, fire-prevention safety, the state power supervision, the state fire service, the state technical supervision, corresponding bodies for standard documents on production of the building industry, on alcoholic production, etc.) and in a case if MPT is assumed for definition of safety indicators;

- The coordination with interested legal bodies and persons, in a case if MPT is used for the commercial account.

For carrying out of document registration (section or a part of document), developed within the limits of the Republic, regulating MPT, the legal body carried out  MPT metrological certification, or the user directs to GNMTS documents:

- The application for carrying out of document registration (section or a document part), regulating MPT, in the Register of GSI РК of any form with applied area of MPT;

- Copy of the confirmed document (section or a document part), regulating MPT, in duplicate;

- Copy of the certificate on metrological certification of MPT in duplicate.

- The coordination (the permission for application) of MPT, given by the state control bodies and republic supervision, depending on applied area (in the field of the environment preservation, nuclear, radiating, sanitary-and-epidemiologic, industrial, fire-prevention safety, the state power supervision, the state fire service, the state technical supervision, corresponding bodies for standard documents on production of the building industry and on alcoholic production, etc.) in a case if MPT is assumed for definition of safety indicators;

- The document from MPT developer, confirming reception by the applicant of the right of MPT usage and registration in the Register of GSI RК.

For prolongation of document registration developed in the CIS countries, regulating MPT, in the Register of GSI RК, the applicant provides documents to the authorized body on technical regulation and metrology:

- An application for carrying out of registration (section or a document part), containing field of MPT application (object of measurements, including the name of production and controllable parameters, and also distribution area - within one enterprise, within branch of economy, Republic); a substantiation of MPT registration necessity;

- Copy of the certificate of MPT certification;

- Taking into consideration a MPT copy in duplicate;

- The consent of MPT developer on the right of granting to national body of the country-importer to make copies from the considered copy of recognized MPT (at will of the developer);

- The conclusion about metrological examination of materials under the admission of MPT application, carried out by GNMTS.

- The coordination (the permission for application of MPT), given by bodies of the state control and republic supervision, depending on applied area (in the field of environment preservation, nuclear, radiating, sanitary-and-epidemiologic, industrial, fire-prevention safety, the state power supervision, the state fire service, the state technical supervision, corresponding bodies for standard documents on production of the building industry and on alcoholic production, etc.) in a case if MPT is assumed for definition of safety indicators;

- The coordination with interested legal bodies and persons, in a case if MPT is used for the commercial account;

- The document from MPT developer, confirming reception by the applicant of the right of MPT usage and registration in the Register of GSI RК.

For prolongation of term of registration MPT, period of validity of which metrological certification has not expired or is not limited, the application for prolongation of period of validity of MPT registration with a corresponding substantiation for MPT, developed within the limits of the Republic, is provided for GNMTS, for MPT, developed in the CIS countries, is provided to the authorized body.
